I am delighted that anyone reads this blog. One or two of you have said how much you like to hear about the food. This post is for you. Dinner at La Roseraie, Chenonceaux.

Crème glacée de petits pois à la menthe, magret fumé et chantilly de mozzarella.

 

Côtelettes d’agneau gratinées au chevre, taboulé de graine.

 

Fromage.

 

Gelée aux fruits rouges.

 

All washed down with a bottle of Chinon 2013, Mark Predif réserve privée.

Well, it was Liz’s birthday.
